Rolling College Kickstart out to juniors
A phased launch plan: pilot cohorts, counselor office hours, and the first “list grade” moment.

Start with a small pilot — one grade level, one window of the year, and a clear success metric (for example: percent of students who iterate their list at least twice before fall).
Give students a simple first task: enter coursework and testing honestly, add schools, and read the list grade. The emotional hook is immediate; the counseling hook is that you can now meet students where the data already did the hard part.
Follow with office hours framed as “iteration clinics,” not troubleshooting sessions. The more normal it feels to rerun the model as lists evolve, the more your rollout feels like a habit instead of a project.
